JMU's Quarterfinal Game Time Announced

HARRISONBURG – James Madison will host Sam Houston State Friday night in the quarterfinals of the FCS Playoffs at Bridgeforth Stadium.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.

Fourth-seeded JMU (11-1) advanced Saturday with a 55-22 win over New Hampshire in the second round. It was Madison’s first playoff win since 2011.

Fifth-seeded Sam Houston State (12-0) beat Chattanooga 41-36 to move onto the quarterfinals. The Bearkats have reached the national semifinals in three of the last four years.
