Elena Delle Donne could have skipped her last year as a Delaware basketball player and entered the WNBA draft as a junior.

Apparently, though, the 6-foot-5 guard/forward never seriously thought about bolting, despite an ESPN.com story last February that said she would be a first-round pick.
